Our support staff is made up of current collegiate softball players who attend practices, work alongside our coaches, and interact directly with our younger female athletes. There is something powerful about our girls learning from athletes who are currently living the experience they are working toward. They understand the schedule, the sacrifice, the expectations, the classroom demands, the workouts, and what it takes to compete at the collegiate level. More importantly, they understand the Crush model. They know the pace we expect, the standard we train at, and the level of accountability we want from our athletes. Their role isn’t just to help at practice. It’s to connect, mentor, demonstrate, and PUSH our athletes to the Crush standard. Our younger girls get to look across the field and see someone who has already taken the next step—and our college athletes get the opportunity to give back to the program and the next generation coming behind them.
